Had 3 nights in Bogota, spending my time here lovely. The hotel staff were outstandingly helpful and extremely helpful. The location was absolutely perfect, close to a huge la Candelaria library. I thoroughly enjoyed the property overall.

We loved the central location of this place, right across a beautiful park and just a short walk away from the historical center. The service was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and airport shuttle available. Also, the room amenities like tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and a safe made our stay comfortable and worry-free. The restaurant and bar area served a delicious buffet breakfast, and the friendly and helpful staff made us feel right at home.

Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Clean hotel with incredible location in Bogota next to the historic area, the cafe con leche and the Monserrate mountain. Caring and hospitable staff of the property. Overall quiet atmosphere. Lovely experience there.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the rooms and private bathrooms was impeccable, making us feel comfortable and at ease. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with everything matching the pictures and descriptions online. The location was perfect, as it was just next to the historical center and very close to the famous Monserrate mountain and cable car. We were also pleased to find that it was conveniently located near the university. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, from the receptionist who ordered takeout for us to the one who arranged a taxi to the airport. We felt safe and secure with the great security measures in place.

The location was easy in a very very nice area, near Botero Museum and bh Bicentenario. Loved the room with excellent facilities, my bed was comfy. The staff were amazingly helpful and extremely helpful all the time of my stay.

Truly enjoyed our rooms with a nice view. The location was comfy and easy, for example, a famous square was just a short stroll away from the hotel.

The hotel has a fantastic location, right in the center of the city, close to all the attractions. It is very close to Monserrate mountain, which offers stunning views of the city. The rooms are comfortable and modern, with big bay windows overlooking the park and the hills. The WiFi is good, and there are plenty of restaurants around for dining options.

Some guests have complained about the firmness of the beds, which might not be suitable for everyone's preference.

The room was perfect, well-equipped with excellent facilities and decent sound proofing, for example, I was pleased. The hotel was placed in the very central location very close to the old town.
